Happy Hour Specials Around Town

By making no mention of alcohol, this year’s Union Budget provided slim hope to tipplers. It’s no cause for celebration yet as astronomical taxes continue to weigh down liquor sales in the country. Our only consolation is that a number of restaurants and bars host happy hours that are conducive to quaffing (without denting your wallet).
