The Organisation
Outcome is an organisation made up of people who support the full inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered and queer people (LGBTQ) in the Methodist Church. This includes people who identify themselves as LGBTQ, heterosexual supporters, and people who hold a wide number of positions across the life of the church, both lay and ordained.
Structure
Outcome networks its supporters using a mailing list and through events. The work of Outcome is overseen by a small group of volunteers who form the Coordinating Group and with the support of many people who offer their help throughout the year. The Coordinating Group is elected at the AGM, which is usually held near the beginning of the year during our annual retreat.
