Please contact your Councillor and Brighton and Hove City Council to complain about the appalling lack of consultation — and to give your views about the wheel itself, if they will listen to you!
In the regular updates of the news section you can find up-to-date advice about individual ways to complain within the legal structures available, which are changing as time goes on.
