I have the video on the page and can hear it but there’s no picture: You must have the latest codec and use the h.264 compression or you will not see the video picture. The easiest way to do this is to encode your videos using quicktime pro and choose h.264 compression. Also, sometimes with very large videos there is a delay with the picture loading and if you hit pause and try again it will correct the problem.

Video is playing but there is no sound:
Audio should be 48.000 kHz AAC. Other formats will work but we’ve found this always works.
