Pizza Acrobats of 2011

The International Pizza Expo has got to be the biggest, baddest and most comprehensive pizza convention in the world. The International Pizza Challenge is well run and the list of competitors spans the globe which is daunting. So many great pizza professionals compete every year and will blow your mind (just when you think you’ve got the greatest pizza on the planet.)

Here is some of the great fun that occurs at this event. The World Pizza Games are the athletic portion of what we do every day. You don’t see any food critics here, just masters of the pizza industry. These pizza people will blow your mind with… well, let me show you instead of telling you…lets start with Japans representative to the pizza games.
