School Violence Awareness – Anti-Bullying Typographic Poster Design Project

Typography is used as a main visual element in a design and may be connected to math, language arts, and word languages. This project requires the students to design a typographic poster that helps raise awareness about the harmful effects of school violence.   Grade Level: High School

Eco-Project: What’s Wrong with the World? And how do we fix it?
Kay Granger Elementary School, Keller Texas
Students work together to research an ecological issues and then specify solutions that families can take to address the issue.  Teachers should be familiar with ecological issues, their causes and consequences.  Curricular standards addressed include; research, writing a multi-paragraph essay, writing a persuasive essay, editing and revising, speaking and listening skills, and technology standards. Grade Level: 3rd grade and higher
