Gerritsen Beach Cares (GBC) is a New York State Not-For-Profit Corporation, federally tax exempt by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a Charitable Organization under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)3. Donations or gifts made to GBC are deductible off an individual or corporate tax return, classified as a Gift to Charity, within limits set by law.

VOLUNTEERS
The Gerritsen Beach Long Term Recovery Project is dedicated to assisting the residents, organizations and businesses of Gerritsen Beach area to rebuild after SuperStorm Sandy.
Volunteers are needed to with the rebuilding efforts, please stop by the site or call the office number if you’re able to help. All help is appreciated!
The GBC Recovery Center is located in the Park across the street from 2658 Gerritsen Avenue (@ Devon Ave), Brooklyn, NY 11229. The office phone number is 347-585-8630.
