fake tilt-shift

A subset of photo manipulation. True tilt-shift photography uses a dedicated (and expensive) lens to make real-sized objects and landscape seem miniaturised. I created these fake tilt-shift photos in Photoshop from standard photographs. This artistic photographic technique blurs the viewer’s gaze and directs it away from some areas and toward others, tricking the eye and the brain into perceiving a shift in the depth of field.
