In business since 1994, Cathy’s had some time to build up her skill set. She’s an expert in ebook publishing, information products, and marketing for small businesses and individuals. And if that’s not enough, she also works as a mystery shopper and new mystery shopper trainer in her spare time (word on the street is she’s trained over 10,000 new shoppers).
