Ingredients
  1. 1 TBS flour
  2. 1 TBS ground flax meal
  3. 1 TBS quick oats
  4. 2 TBS chopped walnuts
  5. ยฝ tsp baking powder
  6. 2 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1 egg
  8. 1 TBS honey
  9. 2 TBS vanilla yogurt
  10. Optional: add fruit, such as raisins or a few pieces of chopped apples or dried apricots.
Instructions
  1. 1. Whisk the egg in the cup.
  2. 2. Add the dry ingredients and the yogurt and stir well until blended.
  3. 3. Put in microwave for about 90-100 seconds. Donโ€™t overcook.
  4. 4. Tip out onto a plate and enjoy.
