The board, which is made up of residents and is supported by Council Officers have been hard at work on a number of project in 2012 / 13, including:

Diamond Jubilee Celebrations

June 2012 saw a number of very well attended events to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The LNP supported some organising groups and board members were involved with the running of these events.

Community Hubs Consultations

The LNP was involved in a major consultation project around the Community Hubs proposals and board members have been closely involved in their local areas as Hubs are developed.

Community First Funding Panels

Resident-led panels in Wednesfield South and Fallings Park have overseen the distribution of funding totalling more than £15,000 to local groups in past last year. Funding continues for another two year, so look out for information on how your group can apply.
