The fixIT team that provided technology hardware solutions for VCU students for the years between 2007 and 2014 under the G2G and getIT programs are still around and are still assisting students with professional hardware repair.  fixIT is partnering with RamTech to provide their eligible customers with same service level and support – software assistance, fast repairs, loaners for delayed repairs and data backup and restoration included.
