Irrational Games has released a teaser image for an upcoming commercial, and however you may feel about the tendency of games marketing to get into weird loops of teasing for trailers, this one’s kind of interesting.

I haven’t been over previous BioShock Infinite trailers and demos in great detail, but I don’t remember seeing this enemy before. The image was released via Twitter and is described as the “first sneak peek of the upcoming BioShock Infinite commercial”.

No ETA on the TV spot, or trailer, or whatever it is, but BioShock Infinite arrives on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on March 26.
