User support

The User Services Section (USS) provides help desk and consulting services for users of the computational and data storage resources that CISL manages.

See Getting help for personal assistance

USS also manages the allocations process and provides ongoing assistance with allocation management and accounting; helps new users get started with their high-performance computing and analysis projects; and provides training and documentation to ensure that users are able to operate CISL-managed resources as efficiently and conveniently as possible.
