"free youtube mp3" extension goes away after i clear history in google chrome, but the other "free youtube downloader" extension doesn't dissapear. i can't add the mp3 one back, i tried but it just doesnt seem to work, the only way i can get it back is to re-install the "free youtube to mp3" software. But the extension in google chrome will just dissapear if i clear my history.

need help please (:

if i use this, i can only download video's. but i only need the audio because i can't play video's. is there a way to get only the audio?

Hello! Please follow the instruction:

1. Launch Google Chrome.
2. Type in the address bar: chrome://chrome/extensions/. A new page with Google Chrome extensions will open.
3. Delete "DVDVideoSoft Free Youtube Download" version 1.0.0.0 by clicking on the Bin sign to the right of the extension.
4. Download the updated version
5. Open the folder with the downloaded extension and drag-and-drop DVDVideoSoftBrowserExtension.crx on the extensions page (chrome://chrome/extensions/)
6. Agree to install the extension by clicking "Add".

Castle, if you want to download audio only, you should install Free YouTube to MP3 Converter.

The extension worked, but since Google updated YouTube it doesn't anymore. Is this a known problem?

Forget it. I installed the new version of the extension (in Chrome) and it works again

I've tried to redownload, but I don't see the DVDVideoSoft Browser Extension (Chrome) and the  programs’ buttons on the video page?

- drag-and-drop it to the extension page of Google Chrome and re-start the browser.

I had the icon yesterday and now it has disappeared on my google chrome but is still there on firefox, is there anyway of getting it back on my chrome browser?

Hello! Please submit  a request to our support team, indicate the program and version you use, send us log files of the program. Follow this instruction to send log files:
1. Reproduce the error and close all DVDVideoSoft programs.
2. Launch "Log Report" (Start => All programs => DVDVideoSoft => Tools => Log Report).
3. (After the report has been generated) Click "YES" to open the folder with archived logs.
4. Send "_logs_to_send" to our Help Desk
Write in the subject "For Nikky from Anonymous , forum 5946"

I have no problems with the extentions showing up in my Chrome browser, but for a while now the artwork does not get copied to the mp3 file.  I have the save artwork option selected. Any ideas?

cant find the extension link for google chrome :/ it says access denied

Activate the extension in the following way:
- mark "Install video download browser add-ons for Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome" option;
- then click "Customize and Control Google Chrome" sign;
- activate in manually with "New extension added (DVDVideoSoft Browser Extension)" option.

I try this extension and I think are very nice...very useful and i use when i need this.Thank you !
