Greetings commuters, travelers and explorers.

We’re proud to announce our name change from Pandav to Embark and the launch of our new website letsembark.com. We would like to take this opportunity to properly introduce ourselves.

Our team has been building mobile software since the launch of the App Store. We share a passion for using technology to solve real-world problems and improve lives. We value design, user experience and simplicity. We fight over pixels and enjoy it.

At the end of the day, we think mobile technology should provide an elegant user experience to transportation. We’ve set out to make that experience a reality and we started by building mobile apps for mass transit.

We are proud of the fact that hundreds of thousands of people know us as the makers of iBART, Ride NYC, Ride London, Ride DC, and half a dozen other major transportation applications. We fell in love with the name Embark because it encompasses what we do now and our aspirations for the future.

To date, our apps have guided people through over 15,000,000 trips on mass transit. (Yes, fifteen million!) We have an exciting roadmap ahead of us and we’re looking forward to helping you get where you want to go!
