BlackBerry Internet Service 4.1 is due in September, if N4BB is correct. They got their hands on some leaked documents and are reporting an upgrade to BIS that lists multiple improvements. The new version will supposedly be released along with OS 7. BIS 4.1 won't hit the US until October, but will be released abroad in September. The HP TouchPad is finally official today. If you're in the market for one go out and have a ball. I'm sorry to say that I won't get buying a TouchPad. HP CEO confirms they are in talks to license webOS

HP CEO Leo Apotheker has confirmed that HP has been in talks with a "number of companies" about licensing webOS. Apotheker previously hinted that HP was open to licensing deals, but now he has confirmed that they are in talks. No further details were given.
