Are you a leader? Would you like to enhance your coaching and leadership skills while helping students develop theirs?

The Saunders College of Business seeks alumni in managerial, leadership, or coaching roles at work or in areas outside of their professions to participate in our Leadership Success program. Launched in March 2010, the program offers alumni with varying levels of leadership experience an opportunity to learn or sharpen their coaching skills. The day is split into two parts: a coaching workshop led by an experienced coach, followed by the observation and coaching of students as they work on a team activity. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are provided to all coaches.

Student Objectives

• Enhance team work skills
• Identify strengths and growth areas for leadership
• Identify potential future segments of employment
• Network with other business students, alumni, and community leaders

Alumni Coach Objectives

• Contribute time and talent to the Saunders College of Business
• Introduction to coaching skills
• Network with other coaches for future coaching development
• Practice and enhance your own coaching skills
• Help others develop coaching skills
