Our Programs

JDRF has been lauded by Time Magazine as “one of the nation’s most forceful disease advocacy groups.”  That recognition is a direct result of the personal relationships our thousands of Advocates around the country have developed both within the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community, and with their Members of Congress and staff members.  You can help us continue to build strong bonds with elected officials and carry our message directly to Congress – whether at the federal, state or local level – by participating in one of our key campaigns such as the ‘Promise To Remember Me’ campaign, or the bi-annual ‘Children’s Congress’ event held in Washington, D.C.
