Accepted Student Programs

Need help in navigating the next steps at NKU?
Have questions for Financial Aid, Housing, or Orientation?
Just want to have a fun night on NKU's campus?

Join us at the Future Norse Festival! A program just for new Norse like you!

There is no formal programming with this event - come at your convenience. Take care of items on your to-do list, meet cool NKU people like President Mearns, participate in entertaining activities and enjoy snacks on us! We're even hosting a special reception for your parents.

So clear your calendar and plan to head to campus for one of our two Future Norse Festival events for accepted students:

Monday, March 23, 5:00 - 6:15 p.m. >>
Wednesday, April 8, 5:00 - 6:15 p.m. >>

Opportunities to take advantage of at the Future Norse Festival include:

  • Speak with Financial Aid representatives about your FAFSA
  • Pay your confirmation fee (if you haven't already done so)
  • Select your summer orientation date (if you haven't already done so)
  • Meet with Housing and learn about room options and meal plans
  • Explore student services like African American and Latino Programs & Services, student clubs, campus recreation and more
  • Discover what it means to be an Honors student
  • Visit with Admissions representatives
  • Enjoy fun activities and treats

Before the program begins we'll also offer optional tours of campus housing. Campus housing tours depart the Student Union at 4:00 p.m.

Please note:  the programs are exclusively for admitted students and their parents.  We regret that we are unable to accommodate students on our wait list and others at these events.  However, all students are welcome to attend a Norse Day.

Reservations are required.  Schedule your visit online or call our Welcome Center at (859) 572-1400 or toll-free at 1-800-637-9948.
