Are there any long-term commitments or cancellation fees?
No. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any
time. We'll never charge a cancellation fee or ask you to sign a
minimum contract.
Do you offer day passes or pay-as-you-go subscriptions?
Not at this time. Since all of our subscriptions are billed on a
monthly basis without a contract or cancellation fee, you can use
litmus on an as-needed basis. You are welcome to cancel or
renew your subscription at any time.
What is a user? Do I need more than two users?
Users have their own login, password, preferences and settings in your
litmus account. If more than two people will need to run tests in your
account, consider a premium subscription or
contact us about an unlimited plan.
How do I cancel my trial or monthly subscription?
Canceling can be done easily within the billing tab
of your account. You'll continue to have full access to litmus until
the end of your trial or current billing period. After cancellation,
you'll retain access to your account until the next time you're ready
to use Litmus.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
While we don't have specific discounts for non-profits or educational
organizations, we do offer a discount (two months of free service) when
you sign up for an annual account.
