This facility is intended for the sole use of photo industry professionals who have been granted permission by WENN to access the WENN Online Photo Library. If you have acquired a Username and/or Password from any source other than directly from WENN then you are using the WENN Online Photo Library without permission and are specifically prohibited from:- (a) registering, subscribing, unsubscribing, or attempting to register, subscribe, or unsubscribe for any WENN product or service if you are not expressly authorised to do so, and (b) downloading, copying, or re-transmitting any or all of the content in the WENN Online Photo Library without, or in violation of, a written licence or agreement with WENN. Such unauthorised use may also violate applicable laws including without limitation copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and applicable communications regulations and statutes. In the event you enter the WENN Online Photo Library and/or publish WENN photographs without permission from WENN then you are liable in law and WENN shall immediately and without further notice take appropriate legal action. |
