Right of Entry Permit
(This permit is only for construction, not beach events - please see the Beach Use Permit below for events.)
A Right of Entry Permit is needed, in
addition to other regulatory requirements, when your construction
activity or construction staging requires access through or
use of County's property, which includes properties in Marina del
Rey and County operated beaches. If you are not sure whether your project requires a permit,
please call our Permit Administrator at 310-305-9504 to verify.
To request a Right of Entry Permit, please click the following
link to complete an application. Please allow up to approximately two weeks for processing. Be sure to read all the details
before submitting an application as an incomplete application
will delay the permit issuance and the prepaid application
fee will not be refunded.
