Khalifa is currently working as Support and Development Operations Manager for MEA Region at Electrolux, Customer Care and After Market Sector.

Managing Product Support Division that works in monitoring products performance, developing technical training materials, support launching new products, and working with EMEA central support team in elearning and material development, in addition to managing Technical Support Division that works in supporting supply chain department, quality control department, call center, and the various servicecenters. This is besides managing Technical Training Division that works in monitoring technicians' skills, managing technical training plan, developing trainers' performance, and developing training venues, in addition to managing Business Development Division that works in formulating strategic documents, measuring KPIs, developing organization performance, and executing various projects.

Nominated to be the Manager of "Products Quality Monitoring Project" and "Technical Content Enhancement Project" for EMEA Region. Granted "Outstanding Performance" award in Electrolux annual ceremony of 2012.

Khalifa worked as Business Development and Projects Manager at Olympic Group. Managed organization and operations development projects and initiated and planned new projects. Managed post-merger projects and activities in the fields of "Customer Care" and "Products Quality" that initiated through studying business needs and gaps between Electrolux and Olympic Group. Nominated to be a master trainer in the internal trainers program.

This is besides launching different SMEs in various sectors.

Khalifa worked as Associate Business Consultant at LOGIC Management Consulting. Worked in the Research and Development Department that responsible for formulating LOGIC consulting methodologiesand products. Developed Market Entry, Project Management, and Process Re-engineering Modules. Nominated for the post of R&D Department Head, to become the youngest head for the department.

Khalifa worked as Process Development Engineer at PICO Engineering Services Company. Developed the processes of two departments; Linkbelt sales department and Hyster services department.

Khalifa worked as Product Development Engineer at PICO Industrial Services Company. Khalifa developed Industrial Utility Vehicle and associated in developing Air Compressor, Air Dryer, and Air Receiver. Development process includes: business plan and project feasibility study, full design and stress analysis, and prototype for the product.

In addition, Khalifa worked as Products Development Program Manager at the Egyptian Society for Engineering Innovations at Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. He mentored and followed up 25 projects in the field of "Engineering Product Design and Development", for more than 150 engineers. He also trained them on various topics in different fields; industrial, business, design, and production.

Besides, Khalifa had various social and charity effective activities. He is a board member and project leader at Alboraq Charity Association, and a member in the Egyptian Society for Endogenous Development of Local Communities (EGYCOM).

Khalifa holds a Bachelor of Science, Design and Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University. He is now preparing his master degree in "Industrial Organizations Development using Products Design and Development Methodology".
