UK: Red Nose Day 2013

Newscall Friday, March 15, 2013

Red Nose is a telethon organised every two years by Comic Relief, an operating British charity, founded in 1985 by the comedy scriptwriter Richard Curtis and comedian Lenny Henry in response to famine in Ethiopia.

Today famous and ordinary people wear a plastic or foam red nose, in exchange for a donation from Sainsbury's and Oxfam shops.
