Humanities Council to sponsor Digital Humanities Symposium
The Appalachian State University Humanities Council will sponsor a Digital Humanities Symposium on Friday, April 5 in the Linville Falls room in Plemmons Student Union. The event is free and is open to the public.
The symposium will consist of several keynote speakers, a faculty panel, and a closing roundtable panel featuring all keynote and faculty panelists. There will also be a networking lunch, sponsored by the Provost, for a limited number of faculty, graduate students, and administrators. Following the symposium, there will be a wine and cheese reception located in the Solarium.
Although the event is free, it is requested that attendees register. Registration and more information about the symposium can be found here. To sign up for the luncheon, please contact Dr. Kim Hall, Humanities Council Coordinator, at hallki [at] appstate [dot] edu. Space for the luncheon is limited.
The Humanities Council is supported by the College of Arts and Sciences at Appalachian State University.
