Lela Donelson started her career with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company when the telecommunications industry was in the midst of explosive growth. She continued with several high profile companies in their start-up phases. ROLM Texas which later became IBM-ROLM and is now part of Siemen’s was one of those companies.
Lela Donelson was the owner of her own telecommunications company where she sold and serviced Inter Tel and Iwatsu systems.
After selling her company she held various positions in the telecommunications industry including being the Houston training manager for Nextel where she revamped existing employee training materials and developed additional material.
Along with her passion for training, her depth and breadth of experience with start-up/entrepreneurial companies and major corporations gives her insight into the training needs and requirements of every size business at every stage of growth.
She is certified by Huthwait to train their globally renowned sales training, SPIN and by Achieve Global on their highly acclaimed customer relationship modules and is a PSS (Professional Selling Skills) expert.
