We believe that entrepreneurship is the most powerful force to improve education outcomes, prepare people for a rapidly changing world, and empower them to play a role in shaping the future. TSW: Education is a 54-hour experience where participants pitch ideas, collaborate with others who have complementary skill sets, get coaching and produce startups that help solve problems in education. Durham-based startup, Trinket, formed at last year’s event and have since raised nearly $400K in funding. It’s time for more successes like this to come out of Triangle Startup Weekend!
