FAQ

No refunds.  Undamaged merchandise may be returned for online store credit only or exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value within 30 days of the original invoice date and with original receipt.  Please note our processing time for exchanges is 5 to 10 business days once we receive the return. Once your credit is processed, you will receive an email notification.

• Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser (unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was shipped). If you have received a damaged product or the wrong product please call us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.
• By Brooklyn accepts returned merchandise only in its original condition and original packaging.
• Sale items, food items, bath and body products and custom purchases are FINAL SALE. 
• All apparel must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue.  Thereafter, unused By Brooklyn credit is forfeited.

The item should be shipped in its original condition and packaging accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy). Returns must be packed securely and insured for the full price of the item and shipped to the following address: By Brooklyn, 261 Smith St., Brooklyn, NY 11231.

NOTE: Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. Once the return is received we will e-mail you confirmation of the return. If you are requesting a credit we will send you a credit memo via email.
