The Advice Service
The SU Advice Service offers advice to Anglia Ruskin University students. Whatever your problem our professional advisers will do their best to help you resolve it.
The Students’ Union Advice Service
- Confidential, independent, impartial, free
- Based in Cambridge and in Chelmsford
- Advice, information, representation and support
- Staffed by experienced advisers employed by the Students Union, not the University
- Helping students decide, not deciding for them
- Advising in person, by telephone or by email

Our Advisers run regular Late Mitigation and Appeals Workshops where you can find out whether you have grounds for late mitigation or an appeal and all the information you need to submit either. To book a place on a workshop please contact your closest Students' Union Office in
