This contact option is NOT intended for general technical support and should ONLY be used in severe circumstances, such as:
- Service interruption (website unreachable)
- Hardware failure
- Request for backup recovery
- Database down or unreachable
- Mailing list in a repeating loop
- Abuse or misuse of a mailing list or user account

Important:
- Emergency support issues will be treated as time and material projects, and will be billed in one-hour increments based on our Standard Fee Schedule (unless you are on a Retainer or SLA plan)
- If the issue falls under the area of responsibility of Six Feet Up, it will be addressed at no cost to you.
- Rescue Card holders should ONLY use this form DURING normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm ET, holidays excluded) or will be billed extra.
