Ingredients

1	lb-stew meat
	1-can of northern beans
	1-can of pinto beans
	1-can of kidney beans
	3-cups of beef stock
	2-can sliced potatoes
	1-small bag of baby carrots
	1-clove garlic

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the crock pot. drain the potatoes before putting them in. when you pour in all 3 beans do not drain. pour the beans juice in. cook on high all day. before you go to bed turn on low. then when you get up back on high. then eat up at lunch time
