WIE IEEE PNEC brings its flagship event ‘TechFest’ yet again this year. The event is based on different competitions, to test your knowledge and  IQ in the field of engineering. It is an open event for all IEEE Members and Non-members. It not only would polish students’ knowledge but also aids to improve their group work and time management.

 

EVENT DATE AND VENUE:

Date: December 11th 2012.

Venue: Pakistan Navy Engineering College, Habib Rehmatullah Road, KARACHI.

Timings: 1500- 1830.

 

COMPETITIONS:

Two competitions will be held in parallel along with the Project Display.

·        Code Cracking Competition: 

The teams will be given a set of codes that they will have to debug using their IQ. The codes will be generic, related to different fields. It will consist of three rounds. Students will register in teams of 2~3.

·        C Language Programming: 

This technical competition will take place in parallel with the Code Cracking competition. Student teams will be asked to make a small program on C language with specified tasks to be performed by the robotic arm. (10 Teams Maximum, 1~3 students per team)
