Just as we believe in giving our customers control and choice beyond what they expect from a cable company - we offer our employees a flexible, competitive benefits program designed to meet a variety of needs.

We offer employees and their dependents choices of more than one medical/prescription, dental and vision coverage. We offer two Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) that allow employees to use pre-tax money to pay for health care expenses and dependent day care expenses. In addition, we provide an employee assistance program for employees and family members that provides confidential counseling and referrals for a variety of services. Income protection is provided through our short- and long-term disability programs. We provide life insurance coverage for you and the opportunity to buy coverage for your dependents. Retirement programs include a 401(k) plan with a generous company match as well as a pension plan.

Time Warner Cable offers a comprehensive Paid Time Off program that provides paid vacation and sick leave, as well as paid holidays and personal days.
