Students: Fordham Law School Students may access and use Westlaw solely for educational purposes directly related to their coursework at Fordham Law School (including pro bono and public service program purposes that are part of the students graduation requirements) or for bar preparation purposes. Students may also access Westlaw for purposes of unpaid public internships or externships (excluding those sponsored by a state or local government or a court). Any other use, including any use in connection with paid employment is prohibited. Westlaw passwords are not transferable and must be used by the person to whom the password was issued.
Students who have questions as to whether their proposed use of their Westlaw password ID is permitted under these guidelines should contact their Westlaw representative, Estee Waxman, at estee.waxman@thomsonreuters.com for further clarification.
Faculty and Staff: Fordham Law School Faculty and Staff may use their Westlaw passwords exclusively for work related to their employment at Fordham Law School. Any other use, including any use in connection with employment outside of the Law School is prohibited. Westlaw passwords are not transferable and must be used by the person to whom the password was issued.
