Ted Cruz Believes The Republican Party Is “Winning”

Fox News Latino is reporting that Cruz made the “winning” comment after Rand Paul’s 13-hour filibuster against the nomination of John Brennan to the CIA. (13 hours! That is not a misprint!) “To my grave I will owe Rand Paul a debt of gratitude that the first time I spoke up in the Senate I had the opportunity to read [William Barret] Travis’ letter from the Alamo. As they say in the beer commercial, it don’t get no better than this,” said Cruz. (And then they complain about immigrants not knowing English…oh, the irony…)
