The Office of Equal Opportunity Programs supports the University's efforts to foster a diverse student body and workforce. The Office works with University Administration, departments, and committees to ensure that University policies and programs comply with applicable nondiscrimination requirements. The University Compliance Officer serves as the Campus Coordinator for the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, as amended, the ADA Amendments Act of 2008, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
