Need Service For a Blue Product?

It's simple. Just do the following:

  1. Fill out the Service Request Form. We will then send you a Repair Authorization (RMA#) via email. You'll also receive packing and shipping instructions with your RMA#.

    PLEASE NOTE: NEITHER BLUE MICROPHONES NOR ITS AUTHORIZED REPAIR FACILITIES CAN ACCEPT ANY PRODUCT WITHOUT AN RMA#. ANY PRODUCT SENT TO BLUE OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPAIR FACILITIES WITHOUT AN RMA# WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER. BLUE MICROPHONES AND ITS AUTHORIZED REPAIR FACILITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL EXPENSE INCURRED DUE TO RETURNED SHIPMENTS.

  2. Carefully package your Blue product according to the packing instructions you have received.

  3. All service items must be delivered by a recognized carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc.). We strongly urge you to insure your package. BLUE MICROPHONES AND ITS AUTHORIZED REPAIR FACILITIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS TO ANY PRODUCT SHIPPED FOR SERVICE FOR ANY REASON.

  4. Send your package to the authorized repair facility listed in your shipping instructions.

 

How much time does a repair typically require?

Repairs are processed in the order received. We recognize the importance of your Blue product to your work and make every effort to attend to your repair promptly and accurately. Service volume is prone to fluctuations; please call or send us an e-mail for estimated service times depending on our current volume and demands.

Can I drop off my Blue product for service at Blue Microphones?

Yes, you may schedule a time to drop off your microphone with your service representative.

I live in an underground reinforced concrete bunker somewhere in Montana and have little physical contact with the outside world. Does Blue make house calls?

Unfortunately, we are not equipped to handle jobs off-site, even though we're sure you're a really nice person. Yeah, a really nice person.
