IMPORTANT NOTE ON REGISTRATION

Delegates are kindly advised that, for their accreditation badges to be issued, they must have their photo taken.

In order to avoid delays and long queues, especially the day of the opening session on the 25th, delegates - and persons accompanying them - are kindly requested to stop by the Registration/Accreditation Centre upon arrival at the venue hotels, Elephant Hills for Victoria Falls, and Zambezi Sun for Livingstone. They will be asked to produce a photo ID. Appropriate arrangements will be in place for VIP's.

Delegates who are arriving in Livingstone and transferring directly to a hotel in Victoria Falls Town, and vice versa, should not worry about crossing the border between Zambia and Zimbabwe. They will be shuttled non-stop to their hotels.

The registration desk will be open at both venue hotels on:

  • Friday, 23 August:             14:00 to 17:30
  • Saturday, 24 August:         09:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:00
  • Sunday, 25 August:           08:00 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:00
  • Monday, 26 August:           08:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00
  • Tuesday, 27 August:          08:30 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00
