Simple and tasty side dish.

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1 cup | Garlic |
2 Tbsp | Sesame Oil |
5 Tbsp | Gin |
1 tsp | Salt |
3 Tbsp | Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
1 Tbsp | Garlic |
1 cup | Warm Water |
½ | Piece Bouillon Cube |
½ tsp | Salt |
15.87 oz | Broccoli |
2 tsp | Cornstarch |
¼ cup | Cold Water |
Directions:
Combine first five ingredients in a sauce pan and heat. Set aside. Heat the oil in a Wok or a large pan. Add the garlic and stir until golden. Add the warm water, bouillon cube and salt and bring to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook with lid for eight minutes or until done. Dissolve the cornstarch in ¼ cup of cold water and then add to the broccoli. Mix well with the sauce and serve.
