Veggies never tasted so good. Simply spray a bit of olive oil over some torn kale and bake until crisp. Finish with a little salt and you have a healthy snack.

    • Servings: 1

    Ingredients:

Fresh Kale, torn into bite-sized pieces
    Olive Oil
    Coarse Sea Salt

    Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Wash kale and dry thoroughly. Spread kale on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spritz kale lightly with olive oil and toss. Bake for about 12 minutes, or until kale is very crispy. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy while warm.
