Anne Noyes Saini edits economics books by day and explores restaurants and regional cooking techniques in her free time. She has a Masters in Journalism from New York University and has contributed to The New York Times’ DealBook blog, The Christian Science Monitor, WNYC-FM, and City Limits magazine. Clare Trapasso is a general assignment reporter at a large metropolitan newspaper and teaches media writing classes at a small college in the Bronx. She has a Masters in Journalism from New York University. She also has worked for the Associated Press and was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Independent Samoa, a South Pacific island nation.
