Indirect tier-two diverse supplier spend: Your company's spend with certified diverse suppliers as an indirect result of Wyndham Worldwide Corporation or any of its units' business with your company (i.e., janitorial services/supplies, landscaping services, office supplies, etc.) based on a percentage of our business with you as compared to your overall sales revenue.
