More than 10 million people and businesses around the world use MailChimp. Our features and integrations allow you to send marketing emails, automated messages, and targeted campaigns. And our detailed reports help you keep improving over time.
MailChimp has been around since 2001. We started as a side project funded by various web-development jobs. Now we send more than 600 million emails a day. We love seeing businesses start small, fund themselves with paying projects, and build up a strong API, so that's how we run MailChimp. We create products and features that empower our customers to grow.

“While those app-developing peers seem to be infected with a venture-capital infused IPO fever, MailChimp's business plan looks very, very different.”
Our Products
We make a family of products.
Our Partners
We partner with companies that serve, educate, and empower our customers.
Our Culture
We help our team members grow in their current roles and dream about what's next. MailChimp employees are encouraged to attend events, share what they do, and take time off to learn new skills.
All of our employees participate in MailChimp University, an academic-style program that teaches professional communication and leadership skills.
MailChimp also hosts writers, designers, comedians, artists, and other interesting folks at our weekly Coffee Hour series, so we stay inspired by people in different industries.

“MailChimp's giveaways aren't part of a master marketing plan, but rather the byproduct of a bunch of passionate people focused on delighting customers.”
Our Community
MailChimp does sponsorship differently. Whether it’s turning a subway station into an art gallery or helping launch a groundbreaking podcast, we invest in the people and the projects we believe in.
We focus much of our support on Atlanta, our hometown. We help strengthen arts organizations, like Living Walls, which brings the best street artists from around the world into our neighborhoods. We advocate for considerate urbanism alongside organizations like the Atlanta Bicycle Coalition. And we help tackle intergenerational poverty through organizations like Literacy Action that are dedicated to developing people.
We love this city and want to make sure it’s a place where creativity is rewarded and where great ideas come to life.

“MailChimp has added a splash of mischief to a product category not known for…well, much of anything.”
