The v3 offers the quality craftsmanship and the robust features that have given GeekDesk® a trusted reputation. The GeekDesk® v3 combines a solid steel frame specially reinforced for stability at any height, three-section legs for a broad maximum range of extension, easy to use elevation controls, and 275 lbs. of lifting capacity powered by very quiet, internally housed dual electronic motors. For those not needing the programmable presets and extra lifting capacity of the Max, the v3 is a great value, in a clean design thats become a hallmark of GeekDesk® and it is whisper-quiet at under 49dBA during operation.

Large and medium tops come fitted with three cable routing holes (centered and both corners), with finishing grommets and covers; small tops come with two (both corners). The upper brace of the desk frame itself facilitates easy cable routing.

Some assembly is required, but it is very straightforward. (Please note, if you'd prefer not to assemble yourself, for orders delivered to the United States we can also connect you with a third-party assembly service (subject to availability by location) that can assemble your GeekDesk® on-site for $95.)

The GeekDesk® motors and all moving parts come with a full two-year warranty (any trouble and we ship necessary replacement items free of charge), and the steel structural frame itself comes with a five year warranty.

Canada INSIDE/DOORSTEP DELIVERY: The driver unloads the desk boxes from the truck and delivers them inside your business (entrance area / ground floor), or to the porch in the case of a home residence (most carriers cannot enter a residence, for liability reasons).

Shipping & handling charge is per desk, flat rate, and based on an average cost. We do it this way to keep things as simple as possible.

Steel Frame

GeekDesks are made of the world's most used high-strength metal, steel. Our buildings, bridges and cars are all made with steel, so why not your desk? Its inherent strength resists fatigue, stress, dings and scratches. Plus our powder coating fully protects against any corrosion. Steel is energy efficient, durable and fully recyclable (in fact, it's the most-recycled metal on the planet!), so it was the obvious choice for our frames.

Crossbar

We gave special consideration to making sure the GeekDesk was designed with extra attention to its stability. The long legs that are part of any standing-level desk means that the frame's geometry matters a lot to how stable it is. Our crossbar is a simple but powerful addition that uses some basic geometry to keep your desk steady. It's also far enough back that it won't hit your knees, and high enough that you can put a walking treadmill under it if you want.
