Good afternoon everyone. It's another month...I'm glad to be updating the site again. This time around we have decided to add to the Famous Writers Section. We all know of the all time greats; there is a new generation who has and will continue to inspire poets. Terrance Hayes has jumped on the scene gaining acknowledgment from established poets such as Cornelius Eady. Eady is the co-founder of Cave Canem Foundation. Do enjoy reading over Terrance H. poetry; saintly, Shafro, nuclear, overseas, A. Machine, Carp Poem, What it Look Like, The Blue Terrance, God is an American, and American Sonnet for Wanda C.. Then there is Camille Dungy who is also a professor at Colorado State University. This talented sister has self published a few poetry books, and her honors include fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, The Virginia Commission for the Arts, and the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference, the American Antiquarian Society, etc... Camille D.; Ark, Pity, First Fire, soldier's girl, Daisy Cutter, Emergency Plan, Dinah in the Box, Association Copy, Almost Like They Wanted It, and She Liked the Moving Things Best. Now we have Poetess Elitess as maybe one day her name shall ring loudly among the greats. Poetiss E. poems; My Refuge, STANDARD, Super Heroes, SELF -ESTEEM, and THE GOOD OLE' DAYS.

I would like to thank all who have "Liked" our new Facebook page . If you haven't already do feel free to show us some love; we look to post there on a weekly basis. I would also like to encourage all to join our family over at Mr. Africa Poetry Board. Due to social media sites online poetry communities seem to be a thing of the past. It would be nice to interact with poets again on a daily basis. In reality we are rebuilding so if you love to flow the poetry board is for you.
