GigaPan and Pro Photo Supply partnered up to host a teaching workshop focused on shooting high-resolution images with GigaPan technology. This was a special opportunity for a hands-on seminar on how to use GigaPan’s EPIC products to capture amazingly detailed images and panoramas.


spacer Taught by multiple team members, the course began by demonstrating for the sixteen students how to set up their equipment and take a panoramic image. After shooting images at two different locations, the group returned to GigaPan for a tour of their local facility. Each received a hands-on demo of GigaPan's Stitch software and how to upload their images to gigapan.com for viewing and sharing.

The day included the equipment rental, training and lunch for only $25. The students onlyhad to bring their camera, tripod, and computer. As a bonus, everyone received an EPIC discount coupon and a free panoramic 12” x 36” print coupon from Pro Photo Supply.

This workshop increased product and value awareness of GigaPan, showing how to capture, create, and share amazing gigapixel images. Those with an interest in gigapixel imagery received valuable education and exposure concerning the ease of how to use GigaPan technology. The success of this workshop not only led to brand awareness for GigaPan, but also created increased sales for Pro Photo Supply, with 25% of the class purchasing an EPIC Pro post-class!
