I am currently only able to find Evanced events for the next month or so. Anything after the next 30 days is not found, so there is no information to populate the widget.

When I set up each default branding block I did not realize save was at the bottom of the screen. Each time I clicked the button underneath that said Set Default Branding and each time I lost all the changes I made. Please move the save changes button up to where I am editing. Then change the button at the bottom to save all changes if that is still needed.

I would like to be able to customize the size of the widget to fit my library's website. The sizes that you currently have do not fit nicely into our websites layout.

Bulk Email Duplicates [is now none]

Currently when we upload email addresses in bulk it will overlay a duplicate if the email address exists already. However, if the duplicates exist in the same batch upload, I get an error. This means I can only do about 100 at a time and I need to sift through (after sorting by email) the file to delete any dups. It would be a lot faster if we didn't have to do this. I have only about 60000 emails to upload, but what about larger libraries?

Showing a person's face next to their email address/name makes a more personal experience, consider using "gravatar.com" to show the person's unique icon next to their name.

Please refine the keywords when searching for images. I had to look through a million images of "children" to find what I really wanted which was "children playing". This is just one example. I also have found that when you are searching for images if you don't search a proper keyword you have to close out of the image gallery and reopen it in order to find images even with keywords that I know have worked (ie "children")

I would like to save some of my publications as PDF files for emailing, posting on the website, etc. We have publications such as book club questions, registration brochures, etc. that we would like for patrons to be able to access / download online via our website. I also email publications regularly to other people for review or to print and share at their agencies. Currently, I can only share publications as a Facebook post or send directly to people as paper copy. (We don't have a Twitter account). Thanks!

Set up a supervisor for every user (like the editor, publisher), but instead add a button so that a user can "Submit for Approval". We currently email supervisor and tell them that they need to look at a promotion (i.e. media release). They let us know it is approved so we can send it out. It would be easier to do this electronically.

Many of our local media outlets accept event information only if it is entered into their website's bulletin board or community calendar. It would be helpful to have data fields in the Media Outlet entry for: Media Outlet website URL Media Outlet calendar/bulletin board URL Notes field to store information for calendar logon, date parameters, and other necessary information. Right now our chief publicity person keeps all this information in a spreadsheet, but it would be great to be able to keep it all in the Media Outlets list.

We have a lot of trial-and-error attempts at items within promotions and end up with clutter when we really just want the "final product(s)" we decide to use to be visible within a promotion.
