spacer U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group provides on-site occupational medical service at Fermilab.

With over 200 locations in 19 states, and more than 2,700 employees including approximately 800 medical providers - U.S. HealthWorks centers serve more than 13,000 patients each day throughout the country. U.S. HealthWorks Medical Group has the expertise and experience to provide effective, dependable worksite services including injury care and return-to-work management, medical surveillance administration and exams for OSHA compliance and wellness programs.

Staff Bios

Kelly Dombrowski is a Medical Assistant with over 25 years of experience. She graduated from the Lawton Medical School in Palo Alto, California. Kelly came to Fermilab in 2011 and was recently hired by U.S. HealthWorks.

Caroline Hetfield is a board certified adult nurse practitioner. She graduated from Loyola University with honors in May, 2011 with a major in primary care. Prior to her MSN, Caroline worked as a R.N. (BSN) and certified occupational health nurse specialist (COHN-S) for AT&T Bell Labs, now Alcatel-Lucent for almost 30 years.

Carol Arndt is a Board Certified Occupational Health RN (COHN) has 20 years of experience in the Occupational Health field. Carol comes to us at Fermi Lab most recently from the Medical Department of Argonne National Laboratory.
