Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) Updates and Results

AYP, “school in need of improvement” (SINI) and “district in need of improvement” (DINI) designations were removed when the state received a waiver from certain provisions of the No Child Left Behind Act. The waiver was approved in June 2013 for two years, the 2013-14 and 2014-15 school years. Therefore, the last year for AYP results was in 2012.
